SharePoint 2010 Insights

Business Intelligence in SharePoint 2007 is now called Insights in SharePoint 2010. The following are the new features added to Insights in SharePoint 2010

Feature	Description
Decomposition Tree	Allows performing report drill down, analyze trends and perform root cause analysis.
REST Support for Excel Services	Excel services now supports REST format HTTP URL requests.
Excel Services ECMAScript	Excel services now supports JavaScript
Enhanced Dashboards	Dashboards can now publish up-to-the-minute updated reports by instantly connecting to the underlying data. Can produce complex reports by querying multiple sources instantly.
